Suniel Shetty and Son Ahan Buy Luxurious Property in Mumbai’s Khar West

Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty and his son Ahan Shetty have recently acquired a high-end property in Khar West, Mumbai. The father-son duo purchased the luxurious space for a whopping Rs 8.01 crore. The property covers 1,108 square feet and is located in one of the city’s upscale neighborhoods, offering a prime living experience.

The new Shettys’ property is 111.52 square meters (about 1,200.39 square feet) in size. After paying a registration fee of ₹30,000 and stamp duty duties of ₹40.08 lakh, the transaction was finalized in October 2024.

Many well-known celebrities, such as Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, KL Rahul, and Athiya Shetty, have lately made real estate investments in Bandra, Mumbai, according to Square Yards.
