Saqib Saleem echoed her sentiments, stating that ‘Kakuda’ promises to deliver both laughs and scares in equal measure. He emphasized that the film’s script is innovative and engaging, making it a standout project in his career.

She spoke with City Times over a Zoom call and put her heart out, “I think I was playing a girl next door after a long time,” she laughs and continued saying, “So, I appreciated the break from you know, all these very hectic and powerful characters.”

And when asked about her character, Indira, she said, “She is a strong girl, she’s someone who doesn’t believe in superstitions and ghosts. And, you know, the couple is newly married, and she will go to any lengths to sort of get her husband out of the situation that he’s gotten himself into. I [think] that sounds reasonable.”
