Maidaan Movie Review
Maidaan’s first half moves slowly, and you may get impatient because the plot doesn’t really advance. Before the first significant twist occurs in the final 20 minutes, Ajay Devgn, who plays Syed Abdul Rahim, doesn’t say or show any emotion throughout the first half. It radically alters both Syed’s life and the plot. The whole second part of Maidaan is an exciting watch. We finally witness some emotion from Syed, who is battling a significant personal struggle in addition to the burden of helping his team win gold for India. The second half’s general endearing spirit is what makes it such a wonderful watch. The scenes from the football games are the best.
