The much-anticipated cinematic adaptation of the “Ramayana” has been officially announced, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi, and Yash in lead roles. Directed by Nitesh Tiwari and Ravi Udyawar, the film will bring the timeless epic to life in two parts. Part I is slated for release in 2026, followed by Part II in 2027, promising a visually grand and emotionally compelling experience. Namit Malhotra, the VFX head behind the magnus opus ‘Ramayana’, revealed the biggest, good news of the year to all Indians.

Ranbir Kapoor takes on the role of Lord Ram, while Sai Pallavi will portray Sita, and Yash will play the revered character of Ravan.
