The actor has purchased two properties in Mumbai’s bustling Andheri area, adding to his growing portfolio. Reports reveal that both properties are in a prime location, reflecting Kartik’s preference for strategic investments.
Known for his blockbuster films such as Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Chandu Champion and relatable charm, Kartik has consistently made smart career and financial moves. As per a Mid-Day report, veteran producer Anand Pandit has been assisting the actor in scouting properties in Andheri. Aaryan is eyeing a luxury residential apartment and a commercial space spanning over 2,000 square feet.
Already a seasoned investor, Kartik owns high-value properties, including two Juhu apartments worth over ₹17.5 crore each, one rented out for ₹4.5 lakh monthly. His portfolio also boasts a 2,000-square-foot office in Veera Desai, rented out, and a Versova apartment—a sentimental buy near his early paying guest days. Aaryan’s real estate moves reflect his knack for strategic investments alongside his flourishing Bollywood career.
