Hrithik Roshan’s action-packed film “Fighter” has soared past the Rs 200 crore mark at the box office, grossing Rs 210.45 crore in 31 days since its release on 25 January 2024. While the film opened strong with Rs 146.5 crore in its first week, it faced a steady decline in its performance in subsequent weeks, collecting just Rs 41 crore in second week and Rs 14 crore in third week.
Nevertheless, Fighter movie managed to hold its ground till date in February, earning Rs 7.25 crore in fourth week and Rs 1.5 crore in its fifth weekend.
Fighter Movie Critic’s Review
According to movie critics, the film’s popularity is surely attributed to its high-octane action sequences, Roshan’s forceful performance, and the superb supporting cast, which includes Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. However, critics argue that the film’s predictable plot and lack of originality contributed to its drop in earnings at the Box Office.
Despite conflicting reviews, ‘Fighter’ has had a solid box office performance and made itself a Blockbuster Indian movie of the year. All eyes are now on Roshan’s new movie, “War 2,” in which he reprises his role as Kabir, to see if it can match the success of its predecessor.
