Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s new luxurious apartment, worth Rs 100 crore, is nearing completion. The apartment is located in the plush Bandstand area of Mumbai, right next to Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic home, Mannat. This prime property is a part of the Sagar Resham building, a 19-storey high-rise with a stunning view of the Arabian Sea.

Deepika and Ranveer purchased this lavish quadruplex in 2022, making headlines for the whopping price tag. The couple’s new home spans over four floors, from the 16th to the 19th, offering them a spacious living area in one of Mumbai’s most sought-after locations. The building is reportedly undergoing the final touches, with construction workers seen adding finishing elements to the exterior. Recently, a brand-new film that documents the apartment’s development and impending completion has surfaced. The new apartment of Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be located on floors 16 through 19 of the building, with a “spacious 11,266 sq ft of interior space and an additional 1,300 sq ft of private terrace,” according to a Money Control story.

Once completed, their apartment will boast five bedrooms, luxurious living spaces, a private swimming pool, and high-end amenities, reflecting their grand taste and lifestyle.
