The much-loved 2006 comedy Bhagam Bhag, directed by Priyadarshan, is finally getting a sequel after 18 years. Titled Bhagam Bhag 2, the movie promises to be “madder, crazier, and funnier,” according to the makers. Sarita Ashwin Varde of Roaring River Productions has acquired the rights and is co-producing the film with Shemaroo Entertainment.
Hiren Gada, CEO of Shemaroo Entertainment said, “We are excited to partner with an incredible team to create a film that will continue the legacy of its predecessor by bringing more laughter, fun and entertainment.”
The script is in its final stages, with production set to begin mid-2025. Fans can look forward to the iconic trio of Akshay Kumar, Govinda, and Paresh Rawal lighting up the screens again.
