Actress Shreya Chaudhry, known for her role in Bandish Bandits, recently received high praise from veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah for her performance in the second season of the musical drama. Shah, who is also part of the series, shared his feedback on her portrayal, which Shreya described as the “biggest reward” of her career.
Expressing her gratitude, Shreya said it was a surreal moment to be appreciated by an actor of Naseeruddin Shah’s caliber. She said, “Naseeruddin Sir is my biggest source of inspiration. I learnt a lot from him in season one and was lucky enough to observe him and workshop with him. So, to receive a message from Sir after he watched season 2 is an honour of the highest order. His feedback and praise for the performance is my biggest reward. It’s very gratifying and reassuring and gives me a sense that I am growing as an actor.” She credited his words as a source of encouragement and a motivation to continue improving her craft.
