Acclaimed Indian actress Konkona Sen Sharma has been cast in the international film Mis(s)Chief, alongside Spanish actor Carlos Bardem. Directed by a promising filmmaker, the project has also been chosen for the prestigious Sundance Labs 2025, known for nurturing innovative cinematic ideas. This collaboration marks another milestone in Konkona’s versatile career, blending her talent with global storytelling.
The portal reports that British director Peter Weber will be the project’s executive producer and that Emmy-nominated casting director Nancy Bishop will be in charge of casting. “I am thrilled by the comic premise, the portrayal of women, and the writing itself,” Konkona said in reference to the production.
