The Sabarmati Report Teaser: Vikrant Massey Takes On the Godhra Incident Investigation

The teaser for The Sabarmati Report has just been released, featuring Vikrant Massey in a gripping role as an investigator delving into the infamous Godhra incident. The upcoming film promises a compelling narrative as Massey’s character seeks to uncover the truth behind the tragic event that shook the nation.

In the teaser, the intensity of Massey’s portrayal is evident as he navigates a web of questions and challenges, aiming to shed light on the complex and controversial aspects of the incident. In spite of numerous obstacles at every turn, the teaser depicts Vikrant and Raashii attempting to unearth the truth and make it public.

One of the most horrific events in Indian history, the burning of the Godhra train, served as the inspiration for the movie. On the morning of February 27, 2002, 59 pilgrims and Karsevaks were returning from Ayodhya when an unexpected fire broke out on the Sabarmati Express. Although this occurrence has received little attention, The Sabarmati Report seeks to shed light on what the country has never witnessed.

Starring Vikrant Massey, Raashii Khanna, and Riddhi Dogra, the film is directed by Dheeraj Sarna. Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, Amul V. Mohan, and Anshul are the producers.

The movie – The Sabarmati Report will hit the big screens on 15th November 2024.
