Kareena Kapoor-Starrer ‘The Buckingham Murders’ To Debut In Cinemas On Sept 13

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s highly anticipated film “The Buckingham Murders” is set to hit cinemas on September 13. Directed by Hansal Mehta, the film marks Kareena’s foray into the thriller genre, showcasing her versatility as an actress.

Hansal Mehta, director of the movies “Aligarh,” “Shahid,” and “Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story,” also stars Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen.

In addition, Kareena makes her co-producer debut in the movie, which also signifies her reunion with Ektaa R Kapoor following “Veere Di Wedding” and “Crew.” The film’s release date was announced by the creators via an intriguing poster they released on social media. The caption goes as, “We’re thrilled to announce that #TheBuckinghamMurders is coming to theatres on 13th September 2024. Directed by @hansalmehta and starring @kareenakapoorkhan.”

The movie had its premiere at the Jio MAMI Film Festival in 2023 and was previously screened at the BFI London Film Festival 2023. The movie is billed as a suspenseful thriller that delves into motives and relationships to reveal the mystery of a covert murder. The authors of “The Buckingham Murders” are Raghav Raj Kakker, Kashyap Kapoor, and Aseem Arrora. Along with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ektaa R Kapoor, Shobha Kapoor, and TBM Films, it is produced.
