Renowned actor Pankaj Tripathi recently opened up about the unconditional support he received from his wife, Mridula, during his struggling days. Tripathi expressed his heartfelt appreciation for his wife’s unwavering support, acknowledging her role in his journey to success. Tripathi has become a well-known name in Indian cinema and famous for his portrayal as Sultan in the 2012 film Gangs of Wasseypur. However, the actor played a number of uncredited roles in his Bollywood debut. Among other well-known movies, he had small parts in Bunty Aur Bali (2005), Omkara (2006), Raavan (2010), and Agneepath (2012).
In a candid moment, Pankaj Tripathi admitted that he realized his wife’s love for him during the most challenging phases of his career. Her constant encouragement and belief in his abilities served as a source of strength for the actor during tough times.
A video of Pankaj Tripathi and his wife Mridula Tripathi engaging with the media at an award ceremony is currently making the rounds. She was overheard stating that since her husband is showered with love from everyone, she would lessen her love for him, or he would be ecstatic.
“Arey nahi nahi Guruji, ye mujhe tab pyaar di jab mujhe koi audience pyaar nahi karti thi,” Tripathi responded in response. Mridula glanced at her husband in amazement, clearly flushed.
