The meet-and-greet event for their upcoming Bollywood movie – “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” was at Ghantaghar, Lucknow. Some people from the audience threw slippers, stones, etc. to the stage, at the actors, but Police men, security guards had to intervene and at last, they were able to control the situation very quickly.
During a promotional visit to Lucknow, India on Monday, 26 February for their movie “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan”, actors Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff faced such an unexpected situation. Reason unknown, a large crowd gathered at the event, which resulted in chaos. Local law enforcement intervened swiftly, employing minimal force and a lathi charge to disperse the crowd and restore order. Such a huge crowd gathered due to Akshay’s tweet prior to the event, which read, “Pehle aap muskuraiye, kyunki Bade aur Chote ab Lucknow mein hain! Milte hain, aaj dopahar, Clock Tower Maidan mein. (First, you smile, because Bade and Chote are now in Lucknow! See you this afternoon at Clock Tower Ground.)”
The event was intended to promote the upcoming movie, but it ended with police intervention to manage the crowd.
