Action heroes across the globe are applauding Tom Cruise’s latest death-defying stunt in “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One,” where he rides a motorcycle off a cliff and parachutes to safety. But what does Bollywood’s own daredevil Akshay Kumar think?
In a recent interview, Khiladi Kumar acknowledged the stunt’s jaw-dropping nature, saying, “It’s absolutely crazy what Tom does! He’s out there pushing the limits, and it’s amazing to see.” However, the Khiladi of Bollywood added a practical note to this, highlighting the time-bound and financial challenges of performing such stunts in India.
“We’re talking about different budgets here,” Kumar explained. “The kind of resources, research and time Hollywood invests in these scenes are just different from what we have access to in Bollywood. But that doesn’t mean we can’t create our own brand of action,” he asserted.
Akshay Kumar was also excited to pointed to his upcoming film “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” where he’ll be sharing the screen with another Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff, promising, “We’re working on some high-octane sequences that will definitely get your adrenaline pumping. It’ll be Bollywood action, with our own masala twist!”
